• Standard Shipping: A flat ₹50 fee applies on small orders below ₹499.
• Complimentary Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all orders of ₹499 and above.

3. Dispatch & Delivery Timelines

Every apparel order is quality-inspected, steam-pressed, and dispatched within 24–48 hours:

• Metro Cities: 2 to 4 business days.
• Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3 to 6 business days.
• Rest of India: 5 to 8 business days.

You will receive real-time SMS, WhatsApp, and email tracking updates once your parcel is dispatched.

We want you to look and feel your absolute best in Duvelle menswear. If a garment does not fit quite right or meet your expectations, you can request an exchange or return within 7 days of delivery.

Returned items must be unused, unwashed, with all original tags attached in their original packaging.

2. Easy Reverse Pickup Process

2. Share your Order ID and the replacement size or style requested.
3. Our courier partner will arrange a doorstep reverse pickup, and your replacement or refund will be processed immediately upon inspection.
