• Promotional coupon codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
• We reserve the right to correct any typographical inaccuracies without prior notice.

3. Order Fulfillment & Delivery

We ship to physical addresses across India. Timelines are typically 2 to 4 business days for metros. Orders above ₹499 qualify for complimentary free shipping.

4. Limitation of Liability

Duvelle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from website service interruptions or courier transit delays caused by force majeure.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
